Borgo di Vescine, Radda in Chianti

Master-plan development for the expansion of the Borgo di Vescine five star hotel facility. The study focuses on an increase number of bedroom suites and complimentary activities such as spa, gym, second restaurant together with added amenities. The complex, rich in history dates back to the 7th century and new interventions will be integrated within the environment; in part buried and in part above ground with the use of traditional materials in harmony with the existing structures of the hamlet. The new interventions will focus on energy savings and passive climate control, with objective to provide for modern comfort and quality experience to the guests.
