Cantina di Giuliano, Casciana Terme Lari

Feasibility study that includes an urban planning analysis of an existing agricultural complex of approximately 6000sqm. The buildings currently are in poor conditions and the study focuses on a demolition with volume re-utilized to create a new construction designated to a wine making facility and restaurant. The project also includes the transformation of a residential building, currently abandoned, which will be renovated, preserving the historical typological components.
