The complex consists of a series of structures forming a hamlet dating to the 10th century. Over time the hamlet has gone through transformations and today seven derelict structures remain, of which a chapel, the base of a tower, stables and two large farmhouses. The objective of the project is to consolidate, restore and sew together the complex through new interventions. The new composition consists in a main residence of 655m² connected via glass corridor to the old stables and new loggia. A second residence consisting of 500 m² and a chapel of 40 m². Each residence is fully equipped with large kitchen, dining, living areas and bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. External works consist in restoring all the terraces of the fortified complex and the introduction of a swimming pool together with landscape features.
