Riecine Residence

The project is part of a P.A.P.M.A.A plan of the estate and focuses on the refurbishment of the existing 160m² residential unit located above the winery facility. The fit out of the shell includes the introduction of services, fixtures, fittings and finishes; with overall strategy based on the play between the existing rustic features and new modern elements. The layout provides for a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, studio, and large open plan living room, dining room, kitchen and amenities. The garden, which is also the roof of the winery below, consists in a mixture of hard and soft landscaping elements.
