Casina di Vertine, Gaiole in Chianti

The Casina di Vertine consists of three buildings typical of traditional rural architecture, together with a courtyard and swimming pool, immersed in the woods and vineyards typical of the Chianti landscape. The interventions will focus on the main residence, characterized by a typical 16th century architecture. The project will incorporate a conservative building renovation, with minor modifications to external openings, insulation to the roof for energy efficiency, modifications to internal divisions and improvements to the general layout.
